Mainstay Realty is located in the heart of Sedro-Woolley, Washington, in the Skagit Valley. Our agents live here, work here, and play here. Our combined knowledge and experience, though, stretches from Everett north, and from the Bow-Edison/Bayview area east to Concrete. As we continue to develop this website, we will be adding resource pages to help you understand each of the Valley’s unique communities—in the meantime, just call us!
Presently, Mainstay Realty is a mother-daughter team of two.
Hollie Del Vecchio (daughter) is the designated and managing broker for Mainstay. As a practicing real estate attorney, Hollie provides legal oversight for Mainstay’s transactions and may also act as co-broker on more complicated sales. Hollie lives in Sedro-Woolley with her husband, Adam, and two adorable children, Owen and Zoe.
Nanette Meade (aka “mom”) is an experienced real estate broker who especially enjoys helping first-time buyers find solid, investment-worthy homes. She also has a unique level of experience with condominiums and other forms of community-interest associations. Nanette recently moved to Sedro-Woolley from Everett, Washington, to (of course) be closer to those adorable grandchildren.
Mainstay Realty is a member of the Northwest MLS, the Skagit/Island Counties Builders Association and the Sedro-Woolley Chamber of Commerce. Mainstay supports fair housing, green housing, in-fill development and downtown revitalization—especially in our home town of Sedro-Woolley.
Mainstay is wholly owned by Adaptive Law Firm PS, but Adaptive Law is not a party to the real estate transaction and you are in no way obligated or expected to use Adaptive Law for any legal needs that might arise before, during or after the real estate transaction. If you have another attorney, we are more than happy to work with them.
