If you haven’t been to Woolley in the last few years (or ever), you owe yourself a visit. While neither of us grew up here (we’re both Snohomish County transplants), we now represent three generations of Woolley-ites and consider ourselves among its greatest fans.
Why? We encourage you to explore the links on our site, but the bottom line is: This is a real town, with real community, stellar schools, and a constantly expanding array of shops, restaurants and live music, all surrounded by the best recreation you’ll find anywhere (yes, we might be bias, but we really believe it). You have the North Cascades to the east, the San Juan Islands to the west, and Lake Whatcom and the Chuckanut Mountains to the northwest(ish). And that’s the short list.
Put simply, Woolley has an easy-going vibrancy that keeps getting better.
ps – Do you have a photo of Sedro-Woolley that you wouldn’t mind letting us use for our website? We’re compiling photos and would love to see what you have! Proper credit will be gladly given 🙂
